Our Story
Blue Granite Roasting Co. was built on a simple idea. Good coffee is a craft, not a performance. We are a small-batch roaster in Lexington, South Carolina, named for the blue granite that runs through the Midlands bedrock. It is the state stone, plain and hard and honest. That felt right for what we do.
Every batch is roasted by hand, logged, and cupped. We do not chase trends or dress coffee up in language it cannot back. We source green coffee we believe in, roast it with discipline, and put a roast date on every bag because freshness is not a marketing word here. It is the whole point.
